Hi everyone! How was your guys' weekends? Hopefully everyone had a good weekend. Mine was uneventful and normal. LOL! I finished up a digital scrapbooking kit to put into my store today, which was a nice weight off my shoulders, that kit was killin' me! LOL! Oh well, I got my Christmas kit out of the way, hehe! I will probably make another one somewhere closer to Christmas.
So, today while walking to pick Emma up at the bus stop, I grabbed the mail and there was a little present inside for Emma from her Grandma Debby. I gave it to Emma when she got off the bus and told her she had to wait until she got home to open it! Here are a few pictures...
She'd just gotten home from school, so she's a bit grubby!
Very excited to open her prize!
Yay for a Thanksgiving Day card and some stickers! Grandma Debby was SO proud when I called her to tell her that Emma's teacher said she was doing so well in school when we were at her parent/teacher conference, that she thought Emma should be rewarded (we thought so too and had gotten her a Barbie)- so she got her a bunch of stickers of stuff she likes; Tinkerbell, Sponge Bob and My Little Pony! LOL! Does Grandma Debby know Emma, or what?!
Emma promptly called her Grandma Debby in Washington State to tell her thank you! We sure do miss her a lot! *hint hint, Grandma Debby!!!*
Well that's about it! While typing this up, Abby started whining and ended up in my lap. I felt immediately that she was quite warm, took her temp and it's 101. *sigh* So down the hatch w/ some Motrin and onto the couch for her! Poor stinker! Anyway, Jer is home and it's time to get the meatloaf goin'! Woohoo! Thanks for reading! Take care!
