Hi everyone! Last night was Girl Scouts night, and my little Daisy Scout had a ceremony to get her Daisy Scout pin and her first patch, the center of the daisy. They receive petals when they do certain tasks, like we just turned in her chore chart for an orange petal symbolizing responsibility last night, and at next meeting we will probably get our petal to iron on. Though I'm not sure, since next meeting on Dec. 2nd, we are going to the Build-A-Bear Workshop in the mall and bringing a toy to donate to toys for tots, and going to be making a bear w/ the troop. It's going to be so fun, I've always wanted to do that build a bear thing for the girls, and now Emma gets to w/ a great bunch of little girls. Here are some photo's of the ceremony and the meeting last night, it was pretty fun!

Proud Mommy of a Daisy Scout
First thing we did last night was make a turkey, here Emma is coloring it's body. She traced her hands on construction paper and cut them out to make the rest of the turkey. They will be getting a badge, at some point, for doing the turkey!
Pretty tired girl! She's always kinda tired at Girl Scouts since it's at like 6 pm, she's beat from a long day at school!
Emma and her good buddy Hannah! They are like two peas in a pod!
Sitting in their circle
Cutie butt!
At the ceremony, the girls sat in the front little chairs and were all called forward to form around the daisy

This is *the* funniest picture ever! Sierra is the little girl that has the funny face, isn't she cute?! She's the only girl at Girl Scouts that is in Emma's class at school, so they know one another pretty well! Look at Emma's expression, LOL!
It's Emma's turn to receive her pin. I had to put my camera down and go pin it on her! :) I told her I loved her and I was very proud of her while I was pinning it on.

And one last hammy photo of Emma and Hannah! They
are both pretty cheeeeezy!!! :D
