Well, well well....

Wow. It feels like forever since my last post. The days kinda just merge into one lately, so there isn't much to tell. We're just attempting to sail through some rough waters here, so hopefully some calm is around the bend. Doubt it though, LOL. How optimistic am I? I didn't start this blog to really spill *that* much of my guts, so I'll just leave it at that, and remind myself every day how others in the world are worse off than we are, and to be grateful for what we do have, which right now, in our most rough time, is a loving & supportive family. *sigh* Jer is currently waiting to hear back regarding some employment news from a company that our BIL works for, so everyone keep your fingers crossed, even if it means moving cross country (well, not really, just to the St. Louis area, which is a bit of a ways off from Po-Dunk Montana. LOL!), at this point, I'm up for anything! I'd be leaving my comfort zone but my life is in need of a serious wake up call, so perhaps this will be it. Lets hope and pray!!! :)

Well, this morning, while walking the shared driveway/road that is about 6 inches of ice, to Emma's bus stop, she almost slipped, so I made her come hold the handle of the stroller while we walked. Well... she did end up slipping, and was dragged on her knee's across the ice for a few steps before I noticed. Hahah! Yes, I drank my coffee this morning, but still clearly out of it. LOL! I had to wipe her knee's off of mud and such, and keep going. The bus had passed us, so there was no turning back and getting new pants. She's having a rough week at school because their potty's apparently are being effected by the sewer main/water pipes bursting and needing to be fixed. She says they flush funny. I told her they weren't going to suck her in, so all was well in the world. LOL! She's been holding her potty ALL day and nearly bursting at the seams on the walk home from the bus stop in the afternoon, and I had to tell her this was very unacceptable, and that she could get really sick from holding her pee in. You know, bladder infections and the like. I've never had one, the girls have never had one, but you never do know. So she wasn't very interested in going to school today after I told her about the pee thing. Poor girl. She's my worry wart anyway, so now she's got another thing on her mind- bladder infections. Bah.

I totally wrenched my shoulder yesterday while scrubbing out the litter box , oh man. What I would give to go to the Dr..... hmph. I dunno what he would do for me, but sometimes I wish I had some sort of pain killer to just take away some of the bite. Advil doesn't touch the pain, though I wish it did. So ya. Life's been, well, just life. Nothing too exciting to report, other than the possible job for Jer. Which he needs like you wouldn't believe. Where he now is just NOT working. I told him last night that he's destined to me miserable where ever he goes to work. Poor guy. He left a pretty stable (albeit, miserable) job of several years to do "what he's always wanted to do" (which is work on computers), and well, clearly, he's not going to be happy anywhere he goes. Now don't get me wrong, he loves what he does, he just doesn't love who he does it for. *sigh* It's always a struggle for that poor man, just tryin' to support his family and do what he's supposed to do as a father and husband. Can't a man get a break here people?! LOL! Ah well, the pity train will embark now, I will leave you with a few parting pictures. Not too many, I haven't been too snap happy lately... take care till next time readers.
