Hello, hello! Happy St. Patty's Day to y'all! :) I've got my corned beef thawing for dinner tonight. Hope I time it right as Emma's got a Girl Scouts meeting tonight too, I should have waited and done the big dinner tomorrow, when I feel like I have more time. I will have to start cooking at like 3, to have it all done by 5, so we can eat and get our butts out the door! :) Peeeeeeewwwwww, that cabbage is going to stink while it cooks. Bleh, but it sure does taste good! :)
What else is new? Not too much, it cleared up yesterday weather wise, and it was starting to get really nice and then BAM! Last night a storm blew in (literally! the wind was insane!) and we woke up to rainy slushy snow crud! The ground is just so slushy and messy, it's crazy. And the side road to our house is just a huge muddy messy slushy mess! LOL! I've grown quite fond of my snow boots, that is for sure. I remember getting them in the summer last year, and they were on sale for like 7 bucks, they are Airwalks, and rock! LOL! Anyway, I took a quick picture of Emma this morning before school, wearing her green little over coat thing, it is pretty green and pretty cute! hehe!
